POP UP PUP Program

The POP UP PUP program was designed to bring in additional funds to help treat our medical dogs who would otherwise be euthanized at county shelters if they were not pulled.

At this time, out-of-state adoptions are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Any and all out-of-state adopters are required to come to Mesa/Gilbert, AZ to pick up their adopted dog the Saturday following the dog's online adoption.

We don’t have any products to show here right now.

All POP UP PUP adoption fees include:

​

  • Up to 5 rounds of puppy DHPP vaccines (or current shots for non pups)*

  • Spay/Neuter

  • Microchip for life

  • Deworming

  • 14 day health guarantee

  • One free grooming at the fantastic WAGGING TAILS PET RESORT

  • 14 day money back return option (minus $50 paper/processing fee)


*these vaccines are only covered under the adoption fee if the dog is brought back to our organization to complete the vaccine series. Going elsewhere will be at the adopter's expense.

Pick up for adopted POP UP PUP dogs is the Saturday after a dog "pops up". If you are unable to make this pick up time, please do not adopt as we cannot and will not hold the dog for you.

Once the adoption fee has been received, please allow up to 24 hours for the adoption application to be sent. This application will be sent to the email attached to the PayPal account that pays the adoption fee.

The adoption fee is paid in full through PayPal at the time of clicking "PICK THIS PUP". If cancelled or refused, you will receive a refund of the adoption fee with Follow Your Heart Foundation, Inc. reserving the right to retain up to a $100 fee to process your adoption application.

If, in the unlikely event we feel you do not meet the criteria for the selected pup, we have the right to deny the adoption. This doesn't mean you can't adopt a dog from us, it just means we feel one specific dog may not be a good fit. If we should deny the adoption we will refund you the full adoption fee.

**In the event of a simultaneous adoption of a dog or pup, which can happen from time to time,  we have to honor the first payment to go through (even if it's only by a second). The second place adopter will receive a prompt refund of full payment amount. We are sorry for this inconvenience, however we have a unique set of circumstances of multiple people trying to reserve the same pup at the same time. This is not a normal situation that happens in online stores.
